How Does Myotherapy Work?

We use methods like Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Corrective Exercises and Stretches, Kinesiology Taping, and Joint Mobilization. Each technique is carefully chosen to address your specific needs, focusing on both relief and long-term healing. Our aim is to empower you by enhancing your movement and reducing discomfort, so you can get back to enjoying life to the fullest.

What do we treat?

Myotherapists provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions.
